Directory Dedication

• The PTA has a tradition of dedicating the school directory to a deserving teacher, staff member, or parent.
• It's time to "open the floor" to nominations from all PTA members.
• There are two ways to vote:
  1) Write your nomination(s) in the space below, cut the page on the dotted line, and return this nomination portion in the September 16 Thursday envelope (or sooner). All nominations are due in the school office by Friday, September 16.

If you have not yet verified or updated your family information for this year's PTA Student Directory, please contact Amy Wheeler at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .   If your information is correct in the 2010-11 edition, no update is necessary. Updates must be received by 9/24 to be published in the 2011-12 directory. You must also be a registered member of the Mohawk PTA by 9/24 to be guaranteed a copy of this year’s publication. Anyone joining after 9/24 will receive a copy on a first come, first served basis, while supplies last.
